With the founding of BEETAX on 1 April 2023, the range of advisory services was significantly strengthened with a team of almost ten tax specialists. With the acquisition of a stake in ITS Treuhand AG, Bassersdorf, the group has achieved another coup. ITS Treuhand AG will soon be renamed BEEACCOUNTING so that BEEGROUP can offer its clients legal and tax advice as well as accounting and audits from a single source.
ITS Treuhand AG has been in existence for more than three decades and has established itself on the market in Zurich and the airport region as a constant with long-standing client relationships. Markus Grob started his succession planning at an early stage. In the person of his long-time employee Eléonore Bickel, who had already completed her basic commercial training under the direction of Markus Grob, an ideal candidate was found to take over the operational business. Eléonore Bickel holds a degree in business administration from the ZFH and is a certified auditor.
