Stefan Fink.

Dr. Stefan Fink graduated from his legal studies at University of Zurich in the year 2007 (lic. iur). During his studies he worked as research assistant for Professor Dr. A. Büchler at the Chair for Private Law of the University of Zurich Law School.

From 2007 to 2008, Dr. Fink worked as Auditor and law clerk at the District Court of Bulach. Dr. Fink passed the Zurich Bar exam in the year 2010 and was thereafter until 2018 with one of the leading Swiss business law firms. In addition to his activities as a lawyer, he wrote his doctoral thesis on civil litigation (“Private examination of witnesses in civil litigation”) and was promoted doctor in 2015 (Dr. iur.). At January 1, 2019, Dr. Fink joined BEELEGAL.

The main focus of Dr. Fink’s work is in the fields of litigation, debt enforcement and bankruptcy as well as corporate and commercial law. Dr. Fink has years of experience in these fields and represents the interest of his clients efficient and successful also in complex legal disputes. Moreover, Dr. Fink publishes regularly on the aforementioned areas of law.
