Dr. Stefan Fink is regarded as an astute and highly experienced litigator with special skills in the field of debt collection and bankruptcy law. His professional experience includes, among other things, years of involvement in one of the largest bankruptcy proceedings in Swiss economic history. Dr. Stefan Fink regularly publishes in his areas of expertise in renowned law journals.

Dr. Stefan Fink received his lic. iur. degree from the University of Zurich in 2007. In 2015, the University of Zurich awarded him a doctorate on the basis of his dissertation on the topic of "Private witness questioning in civil proceedings". Stefan Fink started his professional career as a research assistant to Prof. D. A. Büchler at the Chair of Private Law at the Institute of Law of the University of Zurich. This was followed by a two-year assignment as auditor and legal secretary at the District Court of Bülach. Subsequently, he worked for several years in a leading Zurich commercial law firm until he finally joined BEELEGAL at the beginning of 2019.
