Over the past 18 months, BEELEGAL has strengthened its team of lawyers with qualified attorneys.
Tara Huber joined BEELEGAL on 1 August 2021. She obtained her MLaw from the University of Zurich in 2012 and subsequently worked at the Zurich District Court and the Zurich Sihl Public Prosecutor's Office. Tara Huber specialises in general contract law, employment law and family law.
Tabea Baumgartner joined the firm in June 2022. After completing her studies at the University of Zurich in 2017, she initially worked as an auditor and court clerk at the Meilen District Court. Today, her main areas of practice are inheritance and criminal law.
Andreas Reimann completed his law studies at the University of Zurich in 2016 and subsequently worked for several years as a lawyer for a legal protection insurance company. He has been working at BEELEGAL since 1 February 2023, in particular in the area of labour and public personnel law.
Simona Serratore studied law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and received her M.A. HSG in Law in 2016. She is an official interpreter at the courts of Aargau (English and Italian) and joined BEELEGAL on 1 March 2023. Her main areas of expertise are general contract and commercial law.
BEE and SPORT.
BEELEGAL is the new "Legal Partner" of the Aargauer Fussballverband (AFV). The head of the mandate is the founding partner of BEELEGAL, Daniel Engel, who has also been handling other important mandates in sports law for many years. «We are very excited about the cooperation and are proud to be the legal partner of the Aargauer Fussballverband», says Daniel Engel. AFV President Luigi Ponte is also satisfied: «With BEELEGAL, we have been able to bring a strong and renowned partner on board!».
HONOURABLE APPOINTMENT.
Dr Stefan Fink, partner at BEELEGAL, has been appointed to the exclusive teaching staff of Kalaidos Law School. He has been teaching civil procedure law there since 2022. Kalaidos is the first university of applied sciences in Switzerland where a fully-fledged law degree programme can be completed. The teaching staff consists mainly of habilitated professors. Stefan Fink's appointment is an honour and certainly also recognition of his regular publication activity in leading legal media and commentaries.

BEELEGAL has succeeded for the third time in achieving top results in the lawyer rankings of the magazines Bilanz and Le Temps in a total of numerous specialist areas. The BEETAX business unit is no less successful. It made it into the top ranking of the survey at the first attempt in summer 2022. The BEEGROUP is therefore at the forefront with its operational business units.
