BEELEGAL has had a strong affinity with the real estate sector since the firm was founded on January 1, 2014. For example, founding partner and former National Council Hans Egloff has been President of the Swiss Homeowners Association since 2012. Due to this strong ties in the real estate sector, it was the plan since the founding of the firm to outsource the pure transactional business into a separate business unit. With the acquisition of Ursula Signer as co-owner and managing director of the new business unit, this plan can now be realized.

BEEREALESTATE GmbH operates independently from BEELEGAL and is mainly engaged in the execution of sales and leasing mandates as well as search assignments for demanding clients. A high degree of discretion as well as individual support characterize the market performance of BEEREALESTATE.

Co-owner and managing director Ursula Signer has decades of experience in the real estate sector. After a well-founded education, she obtained the certificate as a "federally certified real estate trustee". Since 2002 she successfully managed her own company "Signer Immobilien", whose operation is now discontinued due to the new challenge at BEEREALESTATE.
