Legal Risk Management.
Kalaidos Group, with over 30’000 students the largest privately owned educational institution in Switzerland, has created a new Centre of Competence for Legal Risk Management within its Continuing Education Business Division. Dr. Markus Bösiger, founding partner of BEELEGAL, is leading this Centre of Competence.Starting Summer 2019, this Competence Centre offers the continuing education course CAS Legal Risk Management. The program consists of six course days, 250 hours of self-study and grants 10 ECTS points. In addition to general risk management topics, such as corporate governance, compliance and IKS, also risk management for transactions and conflicts will be taught. With its internationally renowned lecturers, the course offers concentrated knowledge from practitioners for members of C-level management.
